Absolutely crucial for proper ball striking - depth control, and sets the hands into position for the correct neutral grip. Setting the triangle properly allows you to do 2 things…..1.) really go after the shot with the hands and create serious clubhead speed, and..2.) gives you instant fedback when you DO try and force the shot, you will know immediately where in the upper body you’ve forced it from. I believe this is THE MOST
